Rates are a guide, not a quote

Rates come from lenders' published rates, checked nightly. Rates for loan types other than owner-occupier, principal and interest, 60–80% LVR are estimates. Always confirm the rate and your eligibility with the lender or agent before you apply.

Agent rates

Agent rates are set by independent mortgage agents, not by the lenders or by us. We check each agent's licence number before approving them, but we don't arrange loans or guarantee any agent's rate. Deal with agents at your own discretion.

• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the final version will show when they last changed.
